John Wilhoit, Jr. is President of Wilhoit Investment Network, LLC, (WIN LLC) an owner and asset manager of apartments, condominiums and town homes. Mr. Wilhoit’s career has focused on high volume, large-scale multifamily communities including market rate and mixed-finance developments. He has previously held positions with HUD, AIMCO and the Maryland Housing fund.

Mr. Wilhoit holds an undergraduate degree in Business and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning.

Company was established in 1997 as an advisor to the multifamily industry working for private owners and developers. Principal worked for some of the largest owners and operators of multifamily in the United States in senior level asset management positions. During his tenure at NHP the company was the largest manager of apartments in the U.S. While at AIMCO the company was the largest owner of apartments in the U.S. with over 400,000 units. Received a fellowship from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development to work exclusively on their largest, most difficult developments with a portfolio being 6,400 units. In the last twenty years, he has worked on developments in 38 states as a senior asset manager, owner’s representative or internal expediter.

•Senior Asset Manager with AIMCO/NHP (formerly the largest Residential REIT in the United States). Responsible for 2,800 multi-family units in sixteen states
