Mr. Fang has been key China market development consultant, advisor, strategist to the world’s major technology companies namely GreenHunter Energy, RNK Capital, AT&T Tridon, GE Capital, Tektronix, Arris, software AG, Interphase, and L-3 Comunications.
Among the most accomplishments, Mr. Fang was instrumental in execution of a Carbon Emission Credit Purchase Agreement (ERPA) on China biomass power project between RNK Capital and China Ministry of Water Resources and a 30 year Biodiesel Feedstock Agreement and Off-Take Agreement with China Green Carbon Fund, China Forestry Group and State Administration of Forestry. Mr. Fang currently serves as a strategic advisor to China CDM Fund, under Ministry of Finance of China. Mr. Fang also serve as a trustee board member at the National Center for Sustainable Development in Washington D.C.(NCSD) and a board member of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Foundation.
His high profile telecommunication achievements in China included a most recent successfully investment of Muuzii Inc., a US based mobile learning service company with 6 million mobile subscribers on China Mobile network and has a service agreement with AT&T wireless to provide Spanish, English and Chinese mobile education. He has accomplished mobile network 2.5G and 3G optimization over the past 15 years and is sponsoring a 4G-LTE IP service development for China Mobile. Under Mr. Fang's leadership, his Sinoaccess Group has completed landmark network projects in China including the first CMTS-Cable Modem, 4 digital TV uplink stations and 100 earth stations of data broadcast network contracts with the State Administration of Radio, TV and Film, 5 TDMA VSAT wireless network contracts with Ministry of Petroleum, Ministry of Communications and Ministry of Railways total to more than 500 earth stations throughout China.
