Nancy is a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Realty in Rancho Cucamonga, having joined that company in 2007 and has been a real estate investor since 2003. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors.

Previously, she was a government planner with the State of Texas and the City of El Paso. She was also a transit planner with Raymond-Kaiser Engineers and Houston Transit Consults in Houston, Texas, where she helped write the Environmental Impact Statement for a rail rapid transit system.

As a REALTOR®, Nancy specializes in green, healthy, high-performance homes and has earned green designations in this field. She is a Certified Ecobroker®, a LEED Green Associate, and a Certified Green Building Professional. Her green specialty is designed to provide added value to real estate clients.
