Michael Kristiansen started in his family's restaurant business where he learned process and efficiencies. Other skills gained in business and accounting helped him engineer the take over of non performing assets and create a new business from scratch with using less than 1% financial leverage. Five years later, the now highly performing asset had an excellent long term future. Twenty-five years later, it is still a very profitable business.

These skills were later applied in a newly acquired skill of television advertising sales. This ultimately led to online marketing, web development and high value content production. Having contributed to the success of R.W. Lynch, and the University of Phoenix, it became time once again to start one's own business.

The consultative sales skills learned were applicable to the new business of web development, pay per click advertising, and high value content through blogging.

Today, Michael's team of partners, provide custom coding, web design, and content curation to drive targeted audiences and sales conversions for a diverse group of clients.
