Dr. Angela Butts Chester, is a Professional Speaker, Author, Pastoral Counselor, wife, mother and breast cancer survivor. She has dedicated her life to empowering others. Being a pastoral counselor and family strategist, she shows others how to overcome circumstances and discover their unique plan.
