Ryan Yannelli is the CTO and Co-Founder of Nextvisit, an AI-powered clinical documentation platform built exclusively for behavioral health. He has been building companies since age 14 and brings 15 years of experience in health technology and data engineering to his work.

Before Nextvisit, Yannelli founded and exited two companies before age 25: an IT services firm and a telecommunications company, both bootstrapped with less than $1,000 in starting capital. He began his career as a network engineer at 16, working with hospitals and schools on infrastructure and compliance.

Nextvisit, which Yannelli co-founded with practicing psychiatrist Dr. Faisal Rafiq, recently graduated from Jason Calacanis's LAUNCH Accelerator as part of the LA35 cohort. The platform transforms patient conversations into clinical documentation, addressing the documentation burden that contributes to burnout among behavioral health providers.

Yannelli is also an advocate for Type 1 Diabetes technology innovation, using DIY closed-loop insulin delivery systems and participating in Breakthrough T1D initiatives.
