As the CEO of Nine Lanterns for over 13 years, Steve has led the organisation to be a leader in the rapidly changing eLearning landscape - and is constantly looking to ensure his customers are in a position to take advantage of important innovations. He's currently involved in projects which combine online open source tools for informal learning and formal learning resources to reach corporate learning objectives.

Steve has been developing interactive educational content for since the early Nineties as the producer of numerous award-winning (including a UK BAFTA nomination) new media projects for Laser Disc, Interactive Television, CD-ROM and the Web. He has produced and managed projects for the International Olympic Committee, The Department of Education & Training in Victoria, The Learning Federation, TAFE Frontiers, Bang & Olufsen, CPA Australia, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Santos, John Holland and Museum Victoria.

He is also keen to see the Australian industry become a world leader, sharing his experience and time through voluntary committee memberships. From January 2004 he had the honour of heading the peak industry body in eLearning for three years as President of the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association in Victoria and as eLearning came to need its own association to promote agendas, was a founding member and Secretary of the eLearning Association of Victoria.
