Christofer Holland a/k/a NOAH, majored in Music Business at Columbia College Chicago partaking in the administration of Columbia College's AEMMP Record Label, an award winner student run record label. set up by Irwin Steinberg, the founder of Mercury Records and former Chairman and CEO of Polygram Records.

Christofer Holland founded Icon Worldwide Music Publishing in 1994. In 2012 he became the official registered trademark owner of "NOAH" for recording and performing arts. He began NOAH Records LLC. In 2013, Icon Worldwide Music was registered as a new label under NOAH Records.
