David Moore is the CEO of Novarus Mobile Technologies, LLC. Previously, he was the President and founder of Direct Response Concepts, Inc., a Charlotte, NC Technology Company that focused on Enterprise Mobile Application Platform Development.

In addition, David currently holds several boards of director and advisor positions at Cerium Capital, Wed3-The Angel Forum of Charlotte, Charlotte Regional Technology Executive Council (CRTEC), Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, and the Entrepreneur Leadership Circle at the McColl School of Business.

Previously, David was a founder and President of Charlotte Media Group. During his tenure with CMG, David started City Rewards Network, which soon became one of the largest local Internet coupon platforms in the United States with offices in 20 states via a licensing program.

David’s experience is frequently featured in the Charlotte Business Journal as well as other media as a subject matter expert. He is currently an MBA candidate at the McColl School of Business at Queens University in Charlotte NC.
