L. Joseph Posner is a Manhattan resident for over 25 years and a Licensed Real Estate Broker for 20 years. L. Joseph Posner holds a BS in accounting from Drexel University, an MS from the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University and a JD from New York Law School. Posner started his career as an accountant with a Big 4 CPA firm, and with Kenneth Leventhal, a national CPA firm specializing in real estate. Lou Posner was a consultant for Integrated Resources, a publicly held real estate syndication firm. He later formed his own law firm where he was involved in commercial and residential real estate closings, Sec. 1031 exchanges, commercial leases, property tax reduction, foreclosures and bankruptcies.
