He'd go into any town USA, have to negotiate a trade off with a Hotel/Motel to trade services for a room, then he'd have to lease an office, hire & train a staff of Telemarketers, Appointment Setters & Sales People, Open a Business Bank Acct, order Phone Lines, Negotiate Radio Advertising Deals, get Databases from Criss Cross Directories for Telemarketing & Direct Mail, Negotiate with Local Businesses to place Lead Boxes, Place Newspaper Ads & if that wasn't challenging enough, he had to do all this with an initial Startup Budget of only $3,000 Per Call Center!

Most Business Owners, Leaders, Entrepreneurs wouldn't be able to do that today... But that's just the beginning, Oliver had to have the entire operation from scratch, up & running & self sufficient to be able to cover all overhead within 2 weeks!! If his Call Center couldnt cover overhead before week two, he'd have to shut the entire thing down. In over 30 New Startup Call Centers, he never once had to shut any down from not being able to cover the overhead!
