Clients have included 3 Telecom carriers, Global 50, Fortune 500 and 5000 companies. Designated as the customer facing, telecom SME and lead negotiator for a Big 3 sourcing and IT consulting company.

•Mobile Rate Plan Optimization – Responsible for developing algorithms and processes which have translated into an average of 32% and tens of millions of dollars in cost savings for clients

•Mobile Procurement, Staging & Delivery – Developed and implemented services which custom configured, staged, kitted and overnight shipped approximately 1,000 new mobile devices per month to a client’s customers.

•Global SONET, Private Line, Ethernet, VOIP, MPLS, design, pricing and provisioning - Developed multi-vendor network optimization software and algorithms. Developed geocoded database of carrier infrastructure, building entrances, pricing and availability to over 500,000 locations.

•Telecom Sourcing and Provisioning – Awarded patent for systems and algorithms which automatically engineers, sources and provisions multi-vendor voice and data circuits for telecom carriers. Patent Number: US 2002/0065669 A1

•Wholesale Tariffs And Carrier Access Negotiations – Performed benchmarking, negotiating and re-design of the telecom circuits that 3 Major telecom companies purchased from other telecom companies. Saved client $5M on a $120M, 60 vendor, 45 country, 5,000 circuit, local access, 10Gig and dark fiber and undersea circuit network

•TEM System architect and off shore management- Primary architect, and manager of a team of Romanian developers creating a custom SAAS TEM system for a fortune 100 company. System automated internal allocation and inventory management processes, reducing labor costs by $7M/year

•Collocation Design and Construction – Responsible for the high level architecture and program management of over 15 carrier grade, multi-vendor collocation facilities.

•Sales & Marketing – Top national account executive a Cable & Wireless, Teleport Communications Group, “TCG”, (now ATT), and Arista communications. Deep understanding of how carriers work behind the curtain, margins, quotas. SLAs, commissions and how to facilitate the best special pricing for clients.
