Mr. Humphries co-founded Palmetto Business Ventures, Incorporated with his two sons after his retirement from Wells Fargo Bank in late 2013. He brought together a team of talented individual and began the Palmetto Leather Works division to meet the needs of the growing concealed carry market.

He brings to this company the management and administrative skills he has developed over the past 40 years. He worked in the early 70's for WIS-TV as the Director of Film Programming and Broadcast Standards. After leaving the Broadcast Industry in 1980, he held positions in construction management, sales and marketing, transportation and the steel industry.
