Frank McDonnell, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Panaxion Inc is the second founding shareholder of Panaxion, holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal. Frank McDonnell worked as a Resident Engineer, Construction Engineer, Construction Manager and Project Manager on hydro-electric power generation, transmission and distribution projects all over the world costing from 5 million to 500 million dollars. Frank McDonnell is the co-inventor with Chris Frosztega on several patents and patent applications.
