Dr. Carter ministers, motivates and encourages women using the Word of God
outlined in Isaiah 61; exhorting them to be free of heartache, self-imprisonment
and personal sin. Her speaking and writing are vehicles by which God can speak
to His children to inspire them to change, "one Word at a time". Additionally, she
has developed Live Out LoudTM seminars to empower men and women to live
openly through self-expression and honesty.

As an Author, Dr. Carter has recently completed her first book entitled,
“SUPERb Woman: From Bad Girl to God’s Girl” which focuses on
worthiness and self-esteem; and a deconstructed view of the Proverbs 31 woman
for women of all ages, whether single or married.

As a Life Coach, Dr. Carter has developed an 8 week coaching experience, based
on her SUPERb Woman book, entitled, 8 Weeks to SUPERb: Journey to
Excellence! Clients will achieve the following: step away from the busyness of
their everyday life; learn new ways to deepen their faith, and experience more
abundance and joy; clarify their life purpose and begin walking it out; release
stress and unwind in a relaxing atmosphere that will nourish their mind, body,
and spirit; and connect with a community of inspiring women.

Her professional experience spans 24 years in the areas of Business, Military
Affiliations and the Healthcare Industry. She has been blessed with the
opportunity to co-host a Women's Empowerment Radio Show, plan, develop and
execute several ministry-related Women's Conferences as well as develop and
carry out various training programs for Mental and Public Health organizations.
