Patrick Diogenia is a marketing and growth executive, strategist, consultant, and researcher whose work examines how organizations can better understand and influence human behavior. His career spans more than two decades across Fortune 500, consulting, entrepreneurial, and public-sector environments, with experience in customer strategy, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, analytics, organizational transformation, and omnichannel marketing.

Diogenia currently leads behavior change marketing at CVS Health. Earlier in his career, he founded two businesses, built and rebuilt marketing functions, and led the development of 1:1 omnichannel marketing capabilities at one of the world’s largest media companies. His work has included managing large customer-engagement portfolios, generating tens of millions of dollars in incremental commercial value, and helping organizations translate customer and organizational insight into action.

Alongside his professional work, Diogenia is a graduate student in Communication Studies at New Mexico State University, where his research interests include leadership, employee voice, organizational decision-making, measurement, behavioral science, and applied AI. Current projects include Strength Overshoot, research on NPS and eNPS, an analysis of 604,320 public workplace reviews, and work on selecting AI/ML segmentation approaches based on decision fit rather than technical performance alone.

Diogenia holds MBA degrees from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and Alliance Manchester Business School at the University of Manchester and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude.
