Phyllis Stoller was educated overseas, graduated from Tufts University, and NYU Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. She hold a graduate finance degree from the London University at the South Bank. Phyllis worked for many years as a corporate banker for international banks, eventually founding one of the first tour companies for women.

Her first travel club for women was acquired by a major tour operator and The Women's Travel Group is her second award winning business. Phyllis specializes in tour design, tour marketing and operations. She is also a travel writer and worked for several years during graduate school at The New York Times.
