Val Fiott is responsible for PRM corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities as well as for leading the operation strategy meetings for the organization. In this capacity, he has led all acquisitions for PRM since 2012, including the acquisition of several small healthcare marketing agencies. Since then, he has also worked closely with PRM senior management on joint deals and investments to further the reach and scope of PRM offerings. He joined the company in January 2012 and has held a position on the executive board from that time on.

In addition to his work at PRM, he is a leader at PPT, a nationally renown home personal training organization. He holds advanced degrees in health & exercise science from Oakland University in Auburn Hills, MI, and is a frequent contributor and speaker at the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
