Patrina S Reddick, MSW co-founded People Involved in Motivating Our Students Higher (PIMOSH) in 2002 with Pierre M Reddick (her son), driving urban media and technology innovations that forever transformed how students learn and retain information. A respected industry leader, Reddick was instrumental in producing many of the urban titles available through FREE Public Libraries across the country.

Through clear vision, passion, and drive Reddick helped build PIMOSH from a strict tutorial program into one of the world's most up and coming urban media companies for children's genre.

Reddick has served as Program Director since May 2002. She was a staff consultant of Yale University School of Medicine's Consultation Center from 1996 until July 2001 and Prior to co-founding PIMOSH, Ms. Reddick formed PIMO Productions, an inner city theater group and produced several stage plays for the gospel arena.

Patrina Reddick was nominated for the City of Charlotte's Mayor's Mentor of the Year award for 2011 and 2012. Reddick holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Springfield College as well as attending Syracuse University for a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development.
