Dom founded PlexNet Pty Ltd in February 2012 after working in the network testing industry for over 15 years. Realising that his vision towards customers and solutions was more consultative and inclusive of the customer than the current organisation he was with, Dom set out to create a company that could be relied upon to deliver not just equipment but fully designed solutions for the test and monitoring marketplace.

He is a highly focused technical sales professional on the high-tech side of the communications industry with strong technical, business, sales process, product management and personnel management capabilities

With his experience Dom has quickly adapted to the many facets of new technology, with a specialty in technical selling of networking monitoring and testing equipment.

With a sales experience that includes a broad range of market segments, from carriers, NEMs, Enterprise to Government and Defence Dom has been able to significantly grow major accounts and have provide expertise in creating collaborative partnerships.
