During a sports athlete childhood my family founded a fine dining restaurant business. The hospitality business knowledge was rooted from then. All the while I was in High School taking college prep, accelerated and A.P. level courses, I was still involved in many extra-curricular activities such as: basketball, wrestling, track and field, skiing, fishing, the boy scouts, chess club, ski club and acting,. I was also a member of the FBLA and placed 5th in the PA State Finals with my history project about NASA and how it related to business. The various roles I assumed in the family business as I grew older allowed me to work in all facets of the restaurant industry knowing it from the inside out. I was in two local high schools Ski Clubs and skied every day after school and on weekends and became an avid freestyle skier by college. In-between my junior and senior year in high school at the age of 16 I became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and was Assistant Manager of a Health Spa. While attending college I took a ski teaching and technology course and started skiing professionally doing promotional ski product events. I became certified to teach and coach skiing, competed on a regional and national level while living or traveling to 5 star resorts across the U.S. I have taught celebrities and countless others how to train in the gym safely and efficiently, become a better skier, mountain biker, rock climber or kayaker. I have coached thousands to be better athletes and excel at their individual and team sports. I love fitness and outdoor sports!

I experienced many different cultures all over the U.S. and abroad in multiple levels of Hotel, Restaurant and Sports Management. Being well rounded I can make clear decisions based on seasoned years of experience and knowledge. While living in 4 and 5 Star environments and traveling the world during a long ski career I soaked in all the knowledge that came with it.

At one time, I lived in Chicago, IL, where I worked in 2 ZAGAT® recognized Top Rated Restaurants. It had a client base that included members of Chicago Pro Sports Teams, International Entertainers and Celebrities, political officials, business executives both locally and internationally. I then became involved heavily in politics working on several national, regional and local political campaigns; selling political merchandise, fund raising and traveling the U.S. I then settled and returned to PA, became a certified whitewater river kayak guide and most recently Currently I own a personal training business, an outdoor adventure sports marketing company and bike rental business in the Poconos.
