Mr. Dyckman started his career in 1989 as a flooring delivery helper in Westchester County New York and quickly worked his way into an Installation apprentice position. In short time became a mechanic and went on to work with a premier custom installation crew specializing in parquet, borders, herringbone and other unique patterns.

In 2002 Mr. Dyckman Opened his own business in Dutchess County New York where he trained and supervised his own crews in custom installation and finishing. He set sales records for the area and provided quality products and workmanship yet to be matched. As the economy declined he had to find new and creative ways to do business in a county hit hard by this economic decline. It was time to consider a geographical change.

In 2011 Mr. Dyckman decided to close his business and join the team at Prestige Flooring And Interiors in White Plains NY. were he currently oversees the contracting division and handles showroom sales.
