Evan began his security career in AZ in 1986 and shortly thereafter founded Double Tree Security, Inc., a commercial, residential and industrial security and fire company in Mohave County Arizona. Licensed in AZ, CA & NV, Evan grew Double Tree Security to become the largest security dealer in the region. In 1999, Evan sold Double Tree to the 20th largest security dealer in the United States, Mountain Alarm, a division of Fire Protection Service Corp. Following the sale of Double Tree, Evan opened a commercial sales office for Mountain Alarm servicing oil companies, universities, schools, state and local municipalities, medical companies and Olympic venues in the greater Salt Lake area. In 2002 Evan co-founded WiLife to develop easy to setup and use video surveillance systems. In 2007 WiLife was acquired by Logitech after which time Evan served as the Chief Products Officer and Product Manager of the WiLife division within Logitech until August of 2013. Evan is currently the CEO of ProdataKey, an industry leading innovator of access control products and services.
Evan served on the Board of Directors for the Utah State Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and attended Brigham Young University.
