Pro-Staff Builders was created by Russell Carrow in 1989 and operated in a multitude of states. In 2004, Mr. Carrow became business partners with Troy Hargrove and they established themselves in the Austin, Texas area. After working side-by-side for four years, Mr. Carrow decided to pursue other business ventures and Mr. Hargrove became the sole proprietor of Pro-Staff Builders. In 2008, Jeremy Lovelady joined the company as a partner and Pro-Staff Builders relocated its headquarters to Houston, Texas. The company took an aggressive approach to the industry in the last year by bringing on Aaron Bancroft with a background in Construction Management and Land Development.
