Crystal Wright began her career in the the beauty, fashion and entertainment business as a photographers rep for one of the top music and advertising photographers in Los Angeles. After being fired unceremoniously by that photographer, she was asked to become the agent for a makeup artist, and the rest is history.

Within 5 years, Crystal Agency for makeup, hair and fashion stylists had become one of the most well respected agencies of its kind.

For 23 years she played an integral part in developing and elevating the careers of some of the most talented and successful Makeup, Hair, Fashion Stylists, Manicurists and Photographers known today. While she no longer represent artists, she expanded her vision of artist development to include helping aspiring artists make sense of the fashion, beauty and entertainment industries.

sThrough her books, DVD’s, portfolio building workshops, webinars and one-on-one coaching she touches and empowers many more people than she ever could have as an agent.
