Regina P. Brown is the President of California Coast & Country Homes, Inc, as well as a speaker, trainer, and technical writer for RealtyPro Academy. Her first published book and ebook “Buy Your First Home” has received rave reviews from both real estate agents and home buyers.

Regina earned dual degrees in Real Estate and Small Business Administration, highlighting her passion for both housing and entrepreneurship. She later earned her Technical Writing Certificate so she could reach more people, more effectively, through written communication. She belongs to many professional organizations, including NAREB, several Realtor® Associations, ToastMasters, and the San Diego Speakers Guild.

Ms. Brown hails from San Luis Obispo’s central coast and currently is headquartered in Carlsbad. She holds memberships in the following Realtor® associations: National, California, Central Coast, San Diego, Orange County, and Fresno; and in the National Association of Real Estate Brokers. She is an e-Pro Realtor® GREEN Certified, and loves learning. You’re just as likely to find her sitting in a classroom being a student, as well as teaching in front of her peers. Her mission is to raise the bar for the real estate industry by helping her colleagues succeed at a higher level.

Regina is one of the first to complete N.A.R.’s “Train the Trainer” courses for EAH (Employer Assisted Housing) and EHO (Expanding Housing Opportunities) and is prepared to teach her fellow Realtors® how to offer these workshops. Using required material from NAR, she shows Realtor® members how to hold events that educate prospective home buyers.

She has developed a large social media following with her many sites on Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, ActiveRain, and other blogs. She has been quoted in professionals journals, interviewed on radio shows, and is highly respected as a leader in her industry.
