Divyanshu heads the operations at realism.IN primarily focusing on product and business development. In addition to developing and executing the strategic operation in the company, Divyanshu also involves actively in delivering professional services to the clients. He specializes in real estate process, capital structuring, feasibility analysis, market analysis and quantitative modeling of data. Prior to joining realism.IN, Divyanshu worked as a freelance architectural consultant in New Delhi. Earlier, he worked with Consulting Engineering Services, a multidisciplinary consultancy provider in India. He has been a part of various real estate projects of international repute. When away from his desk, Divyanshu would, most likely, be found in a recreation center playing billiards, squash or table tennis.
