Jana Cardona is a referral marketing coach and trainer. She is a passionate speaker, workshop trainer and leader in the areas of networking, business referral development and relationship building.

In addition to serving as Founder of The Referral University (TRU), Jana is a 9 year Executive Director of Business Network International (BNI) Mid-South. BNI is the world’s premier referral marketing organization with over 6900 chapters in 58 countries. Her focus is building the size and strengths of the chapters in Western Tennessee and Northern Mississippi. Members in her region added well over $20 million in revenue to their personal businesses in 2013. Her leadership of BNI and education of business professionals provides an important vehicle through which these individuals can build their networks and cultivate strong referral partnerships.

Within her role with The Referral University, Jana developed a speaking and training platform that assists individuals and companies in designing an intentional referral marketing business plan. Important elements in this strategic plan are identifying those ideal clients and the referral partners who have the potential to drive a steady stream of those clients to your business. How to build relationships that lead to increased revenue is another overarching goal.
