The goal of Dr. Jesse Ploessl is to help patients and the community to realize their total health potential by returning to and maintaining wellness. Dr. Ploessl strives to provide an atmosphere that will recognize and nurture each patient’s individuality and beliefs.

Dr. Ploessl received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in November 2003 from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. He has worked in private practice as well as integrated health care clinics in the Twin Cities area specializing in pain management, auto and work injuries, and wellness care. Dr. Ploessl has received additional training in low level laser therapy for pain management and injury rehab. He is a certified medical examiner for performing DOT physical exams and drug testing.

He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville and continues to broaden his knowledge by attending seminars and evaluating literature within the healthcare field. He offers workshops and lectures to the community and local employers on important topics in healthcare today.

Dr. Jesse lives in Plymouth with his wife Christina and two children. He enjoys playing softball, biking, and getting outdoors in his free time. Dr. Ploessl believes that education is the key to living a healthier lifestyle, and Healthy People Make Healthy Communities.
