Jon is credited with establishing all elements of the UK's first proprietary automated telephone-interpreting service, and is synonymous with cutting-edge methods of delivering real-life linguists remotely to service users, on-demand.
Jon has 10 years Project Management experience in Public and Private Sector environments (PRINCE2), and exposure to Six Sigma environments. His most recent projects have been based on C++, .NET, Asterisk, Pearl, SOAP and web-services applications; custom CTI deployment and integrated VoIP/PSTN/GSM services.
