Richard Ballen, a former Las Vegas Magician, is one of the two owners of The Ballen Group of Summerlin Las Vegas at Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas Summerlin. He is known for his humor and negotiation skills.

Richard takes pride in his ability to create a feeling of ease for his team, vendors and clients of the Las Vegas Real Estate Team.

Richard also joins his wife Lori as they travel and teach their Internet Lead Generation system known as The Ballen Method. On location, Richard entertains the crowd with his still impressive Las Vegas style close up magic.

Richard and Lori have been together for more than 20 years and have raised 4 daughters in the Summerlin Las Vegas area.
