David R. Ball is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in Rhode Island since 1994. In 2005, he founded The Rhode Island Elder Law Center, an elder law firm located in Warwick, RI. The Rhode Island Elder Law Center's services include asset protection, Medicaid planning, estate planning, VA Aid & Attendance benefit planning, and probate.

David completed his undergraduate studies at Bryant College. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration in economics. He attended Suffolk University Law School and later received an M.B.A. from Bryant. David is the author of The Rhode Island Elder Law Center's "Guide to Rhode Island Nursing Homes." He is a VA accredited attorney. He is also a guest speaker for various organizations.
