Elizabeth De La Rosa has worked for deadline driven Fortune 500 Companies, at Trans Union based in Chicago. She was responsible for the project management of a large data base system in an on-line environment for six sites including: New York, Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago and California. She has also worked as an independent software consultant managing the installation of a large data processing center, collaborating with Management and Marketing to meet company goals and establish the first Credit Bureau in the Dominican Republic. As a NFCC Certified Credit Counselor she assessed the financial abilities of a diverse clientele to assist in developing money management solutions by preparing action plans and debt management programs that are specific, measurable and realistic.
