ALEGRA N HORNE is a next-gen energy domain solutions facilitator and senior management executive with more than 15 years of engineering leadership experience in the oil and gas sector. As CEO and Chairman of REDD Management, Strategy, and Financial Corporation, Ms. Horne leads this privately-held management holding company that was founded in 2016. The REDD Group is comprised of a consortium of investors, educators, philanthropists, innovators, risk takers, and bold thinkers who make dynamic and determined moves and provide performance enhancement focused management services to businesses in the advisory, financial, retail, real estate, and technology sectors. One of its founding principles is to “touch every facet of an individual's life, with a vision of changing how we work and live.”

The majority of the REDD Group’s business is comprised of providing management services to 5 wholly owned operating businesses. The portfolio of businesses include 1) RMSF Capital, a trading, investment, and financial management company that is slated to launch its investment management services in 2022; 2) JB Yarns & Company, a corporate apparel, arts and craft specialties, and general merchandising firm scheduled to introduce its general merchandising division in 2018 and corporate apparel division in 2020; 3) PTEW Technology, an organization that will use and connect advanced technology to globally explore broad ranging problems, including energy, water, and medical research, and is slated to initiate early-phase work in 2018; 4) RRE International is engaged in real estate management and development of commercial, industrial, and land properties, and is expected to acquire and manage in excess of $20 billion in assets; and 5) RMSF Advisory & Consulting, a corporate advisory, consulting, and educational services firm scheduled to deliver general management advisory and consulting services to small- and mid-cap businesses in 2019.

In her capacity as CEO and Chairman, Ms. Horne leads a high-performing team of 5 directors across finance, retail, technology, commercial real estate, and management consulting. She has been successful in cultivating a customer-focused and performance-driven culture, articulating the organization’s vision, spearheading core directives, leading financial operations, building a strong brand, and developing a solid team. Under her leadership, the REDD Group has focused on rigorous near-term 50% year-over-year business growth objectives within domestic startups since its inception in 2016.

Ms. Horne was an Offshore Drilling Engineer for Chevron Corporation from 2011 until 2015. In this role, she managed $200 to $500 million well installation projects in collaboration with technical teams and focused on maximizing resources, controlling costs, devising time-saving measures, and streamlining project processes. Earlier work includes serving as a Technical Consultant for Independent Research Projects; Patent Engineer for Osha Liang LLP; Technical Advisor/Field Service Engineer for Baker Hughes; Research Engineer for Independent Research Projects; and Field Engineer for Schlumberger Limited.

She holds an Executive, Global Management Program Certificate from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, an MLA in Finance & General Management from Harvard University, Division of Continuing Education, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette, along with numerous professional certifications.
