Throughout his career, Scott Christiansen has been an innovator in the development, execution, and evolution of growth marketing platforms and strategies.

Currently, Christiansen is Founder and CEO of Root3 Growth Marketing, a Chicago-based marketing and business development consulting agency focused on long-term success strategies for high-growth businesses. The firm, which was founded in early 2014, has extensive expertise in healthcare, technology, agriculture and renewable energy, financial services, and startup advisory.

In 2010, he co-founded a healthcare marketing firm, CCO Healthcare Partners, focused exclusively on helping business to business healthcare organizations achieve predictable and profitable growth. Christiansen later expanded the scope of that business to work with provider organizations to increase patient volume.

Christiansen leveraged his experience as a national television/ radio producer and media executive to found his first niche marketing firm in the late nineties. The aptly named, mediaSPECTACLE worked primarily with large financial, media, and technology companies such as Google, Microsoft, Reuters, E*TRADE, Tribune Co., and Bridge News to develop media products that leveraged synergies and advanced their brand image. In 2008, he founded Knox & Cook, a more traditional boardroom marketing firm that specialized in accessing and influencing hard to reach decision makers in industries including technology, energy, agriculture, finance, media, and commercial real estate.

Christiansen earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Augustana College. He is a frequent speaker at surgery center and physician owned hospital conferences. He is a former member of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, which has awarded his projects with several Emmy Awards.
