From Glasgow Debt Collector to Aberdeen Digital Entrepreneur.

Ross Dundas became an entrepreneur as a result of the economic climate forcing a re-evaluation of his career as a Debt Collector in the fallout from the 2008 crash. He had quickly went from collecting cash from flash yuppies with disputes with companies to single mums struggling to pay payday lenders. As his business hero, the late Steve Jobs, famously said in his Stanford commencement speech, Ross could no longer look himself in the mirror in the morning and it was time for a change.

Technology and Computing had always been a passion for Ross but that passion found opportunity when he was given the chance to participate in the Microsoft IT Academy program. A program which gave Ross the chance to prove to organisations that he had the necessary skills and talent through Microsoft & CompTIA Certifications.

Ross has built the business from a concept project to the established customer focused concern it is now. With an ambitious vision to turn Rosco IT Solutions into the UK's first IT consultancy group that also has a social enterprise division by 2017, Ross founded the business on the principle of putting people before profit and processes first. A fact that has thusfar delivered glowing feedback from clients in the companies in the 2 years the company has been trading.

A member of Aberdeen Business Network, Ross is an active member of the local business community and is always on hand to assist new and growing businesses with a variety of projects.
