He has led engagements around the world in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, aerospace, energy, retailing, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and computers. His Senn Delaney client experience includes BellSouth, Boeing IDS, British Gas, CIGNA Corporation, Compaq, Electronic Arts, GlaxoSmithKline, GTE, Hewlett Packard, McDonald's, Nortel Networks, Nynex, Aflac, Pacific Bell, PECO Energy, QVC, Taco Bell, Temasek, T-Mobile, Verifone, WellPoint, Holland America Line, YUM! Brands, CVS-Caremark, Corinthian Colleges and Columbia University.

In 1980, Jim founded a leading business software publishing firm. He led its growth for 10 years, twice earning positions on Inc. Magazine's 500 list of the Fastest Growing Companies. Under his direction, his software firm automated more than 100,000 medium-sized businesses and professional practices.

Following the sale of his software publishing firm, Jim joined Western National Group, California's largest multi-family real estate development and management firm. As president, Jim led Western National's growth from the 65th largest to the 28th largest firm in the country. His leadership skills and management experience directed the company through operational and organizational changes resulting in a 35-percent growth in revenues and profits.

Jim received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He is a former chapter chairman in the Young President's Organization and the World President's Organization. He lives in Corona del Mar, California with his wife, two daughters and stepson. Jim enjoys tennis, travel, golf, scuba diving and the cultural offerings of Southern California.
