Hailey Smith, Skyline Business Group's Director of Human Resources, is responsible for job marketing, corporate communications, public relations, and events for SBC and its network of nearly 200 sales representatives. She and her team are responsible for Skyline’s internal and external hiring and communications efforts including initiating, developing, directing and implementing multi-channel marketing programs aligning with client and company goals.

She fueled her passion for helping leaders grow into their greatest potential by playing a major part in building and preparing teams for expansion into new markets. Today she is responsible for overseeing operations, staffing, and client relations for Skyline Business Group.
