Rick started working as a helper for a national glass company in Austin, Texas as a young man. He rose to manager and realized he could do the same work, at better quality, for less money, so he struck out on his own in 2008 founding Affordable Screens & Glass.

At the onset, Rick realized it's not all about the price, it's about working with neighbors and treating people fair today, and down the road. Rick sets a high standard for himself and for those that work for him. His attention to detail helps Affordable Screens stand out and has customers returning when new work is required.

With nearly 10 years heading Affordable Screens & Glass his experience is brought to bear on challenging window repair or locating and installing hard to find parts from obsolete windows.

When off work, Rick enjoys spending time outdoors at his grand parent's ranch in the hill country with his friends and relatives.
