Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field; This is the core of Karan's value system. He has an entrepreneurial spirit passed down from generations of entrepreneurs before him. He is a geek at heart but a great storyteller at the same time (which makes for a very efficient Sales).

He started his career as a developer working in complex Telecom systems as a PL/SQL programmer, Shell Script Developer and moved on to other roles such as Java Developer and got RedHat Certified as well. He then moved to Cambodia where he helped the government save tax money by catching Telecom companies looking to evade tax.

He then founded SoluteLabs where he has worked extensively with the startup community and changed his mindset from working with conglomerates to a lean one. He worked with many entrepreneurs to help them understand, build and scale their products; three of the ten organisations he used to consult have raised funds in the process.

Karan has done his Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Vishavakarma Mahavidyalaya, India and his Diploma in International Business Management from Ahmedabad Management Association.

Through SoluteLabs, he aims to deliver beautiful products for the companies he consults; especially in Healthcare and Transport.
