Phil Hoang is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He served in a supply and logistics capacity and performed tasks from inventory to accounting. Honorably discharged after four years of service, he pursued a formal education at the University of North Georgia where he graduated with a BBA in finance. Upon graduation he was offered a position at Waste Management to be employed as an operations manager. He was in charge of 25 trucks and had 30 employees reporting to him. After a year with Waste Management, he left the company to launch, Southern Rubbish, a full service junk removal company. He currently serves as CEO for Southern Rubbish.
