Tim Martin LLB, MSc. Founder and Chairman - Tim started his career as a corporate and commercial lawyer with city based Lovells before practicing in the UK and Far East with Baker & McKenzie, the World’s largest law firm. After a spell in corporate finance with Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Tim joined Flextech Television to head business development where he was responsible for evaluating and helping to develop new businesses and joint venture activities. After Flextech’s merger with Telewest Communications, Tim became Director of Strategy for Telewest. In the past three years Tim has worked advising a number of early stage high growth companies on growth strategies and more recently has worked developing 360Now, TwoWayVision and SpeakInConfidence to help facilitate communications in businesses.

Tim founded SpeakInConfidence to enable staff in organisations to discuss matters with senior management, HR or other stakeholders safe in the knowledge their identity is secure.
Tim passionately believe that in many organisations the solution to problems lies within - but often staff can find it hard to raise matters.
