Frustrated by outdated, inaccessible vet care, Gil co-founded Sploot in 2021 with Yoav Mordowicz after years in tech, startups, and consulting. He was previously VP of Business Development at Anagog, an AI startup, and spent four years at McKinsey & Company advising clients on growth, marketing, and operations. He also worked in advisory roles at Deloitte.

At Sploot, Gil leads go-to-market, marketing, culture, and innovation—driving the development of veterinary tech solutions that transform the end-to-end customer journey and deepen engagement with pet parents. He has led the company’s expansion into new markets while reimagining how care is delivered through a modern, accessible, and emotionally resonant experience.

Gil holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
