Yoav co-founded Sploot in 2021 after experiencing firsthand the lack of access, flexibility, and transparency in traditional veterinary care. Previously, he was VP of Business at Via, a global transportation tech company, and worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company in Chicago. He also worked in advisory roles at EY.

At Sploot, Yoav leads operations, talent development, and experience design. He helped shape Sploot’s model into an integrated, digital-first platform offering comprehensive care for pets—all within a culture designed to combat burnout and support professional growth. He also helped develop Sploot’s mentorship programs and scalable clinic infrastructure.

Yoav holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
