Hans conceptualized and founded RES New York, a successful high-end boutique residential real estate firm in Manhattan. He cultivated a top flight client roster of Wall Street traders and investment bankers, hedge funds, US and foreign high-net worth investors, landlords and developers. He implemented a commercial and development advisory services to successfully add value to due diligence procedures for residential buyers, commercial tenants and developers. In 2007 he grew the firm from one advisor to a twelve-agent brokerage office. Sales were $35M when he sold the Real Estate Brokerage firm in 2008.
After the sale of RES, Hans continued to work for clients by managing a Manhattan portfolio of residential condominium units for US, and International investors. Hans is taking on new management properties under his new company StarCities Management LLC. Hans advises on acquisitions/dispositions, legal, tax, tenant issues and leasing options, along with providing financial reporting of portfolio returns.
