Ellis has spent most of his years traveling through various countries around the world. As a child, he got used to the life of a military family, moving every few years to a new location, a new country. Through these experiences, Ellis developed a deep appreciation and understanding for cultures outside of his own. He won sponsorships to schools outside of the U.S. and realized a passion for writing, illustrating, and storytelling. This lifestyle reinforced his ardency to roam and he continued to spend much of his time traveling as an adult. Now with a beautiful wife and family, Ellis has become inspired to share his creativity with others through letters. Thus, Stories In The Mail LLC is born.
