Francis Jacquerye co-founded Woodshores in 2016 to take over the management of his brand Techné. Distribution has been expanded to 70+ retail partners across North America, Europe and Asia.

Prior to this endeavour, Francis worked as design manager and competitive analyst for Longines and as designer for Morellato-Sector.

Besides a 2001 international design award, Francis holds three patents in horological design. He graduated with a Master's degree from the University of Kent, UK, and followed further training in watchm assembly, goldsmithing and PMBOK project management.
