First and foremost, I am a fact based decision maker.
Over the last 15 years, my integrity, natural curiosity and analytical skills enabled me to surface tens of millions in errant expenses and under billed revenue; recruitment into several cross functional organizations and multiple management promotions. My roles ranged from analyst to C-level, at a fortune 150 service provider to a 50 person start-up. The organizations I have been responsible for leading include finance, pricing, contracting, product management, TCO (total cost of ownership) sales practice and corporate strategy. From a management perspective, I personally never delegated unless I myself knew how to do first, this kept me grounded and in touch with the very real challenges that everyone faces downstream. My comprehensive background enables me to speak fluently to multiple facets of the business, and from multiple levels of the management chain.
Technology is not easy for everyone to comprehend, yet everyone depends upon it, and working at a technology company does not instantly make anyone an expert.
