Dr. Tre`Sina E. Steger-Smith

Owner/Founder/Consultant of TE Enterprises Consulting, LLC. Dr. Tre`Sina Steger founded TE Enterprises Consulting in 2006 with the aspiration to break misaligned paths and confined siloed workplaces. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Steger-Smith is continually striving in provide business and individual consulting services allowing them to aspire their business or personal goals using the current trends and coaching methods.
Led with passion and vision, Steger-Smith continues to expand TE Enterprises Consulting from a one business line career consulting start up to offering four additional business lines (public speaking, financial management, human capital, voice overs). Today, she is serving as principal lead of the firm and launching the new life coaching practice in 2016.

While operating and prior to TE Enterprises Consulting, Steger-Smith worked in several key roles for several federal agencies from June 2003 until her retirement in March 2014. She was Financial Management Analyst for the Army Materiel Command from June 2003 until October 2005. Served as a Budget Analyst and Human Resources Specialist for the US Forest Service from October 2005 to September 2009. Her most recent appointment was serving as a Workforce Development and Planning Analyst for the Department of Navy from December 2009 until her retirement in March 2014. Prior to founding TE Enterprises Consulting, Steger-Smith she spent ten years in private sector human resources working for a major airline, a community college and various technology firms around the world.

Among many awards and accolades, Steger-Smith, was the recipient of the Moreland Loaned Executive Award, one of the Department of Defense Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area for fundraising. Steger-Smith pursued her PhD at Capella University in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She has completed her DBA and a MBA with a Human Resources Concentration from Columbia Southern University; a BS in Management Organizational Development from Mount Olive College and two Associate Degrees, one in Pre-Pharmacy and the other in Pre-Social Work from Coastal Carolina Community College.
