A true entrepreneur, Ben has successfully grown several businesses from transportation to national staffing and recruitment firms. He oversees the development of new business opportunities, recruitment of new realtors and is continuously looking for new and exciting ways to differentiate The Condo Shop from other real estate brokerage companies.

Benjamin is a licensed real estate professional and an avid investor in income producing real estate. He is one of the founding partners of The Condo Shop, City View Associates L.L.C. and Rittenhouse Realty Advisors. He focuses on residential and commercial real estate throughout the United States.
